AIS BMS are really pleased to announce that they have been selected as finalist in the Technical Innovation of the Year: Product category for this year’s BCIA Awards.
The BCIA Awards is the biggest and best awards in the controls and BEMS industry. They recognise innovation, product development, project delivery and great training in the sector.
This year’s submission was based around our Revolution in Building Performance Management and the work we are currently carrying out at 1 Wood Street. This is the first building in the UK that has adopted our new model which spans the full mechanical and electrical maintenance and BEMS services. This is a unique model delivering “directed resources” from intelligent building performance data and is the future of our industry. We believe this is a disruptive moment in our market.
The Innovation of the Year – Products category is awarded to the most innovative building controls/BEMS product development introduced in the last 12 months.
The gala dinner will be taking place on Thursday 9th May at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole where we will find out if we are successful.
