Mike Witchell
Mike has been Managing Director for AIS BMS since November 2014. He has a wealth of industry knowledge, commercial skills and experience and is passionate about AIS BMS delivering first class service, maintenance and energy solutions to our clients. Mike graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BEng (hons) in Aerospace Engineering and has been working in the HVAC and controls industry for over 31 years.
Victoria Palmer
Vicky joined AIS BMS in 2012 and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Management. Vicky manages our administration team and is extremely experienced in contract administration and resource planning. Vicky is also responsible for all matters related to our ISO accreditations, managing our quality and environmental management systems, along with certifications with other organisations such as ConstructionLine and SafeContractor.
Stephen Webb
Stephen joined AIS BMS in 2020 and has over 10 years’ experience in providing remote BMS support to customers. His outstanding skills and customer focus lead to rapid promotion to the team leader role. Whether our customers require help solving BMS faults, energy solutions or a platform upgrades, Stephen and his team are driven to help clients minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
Terry Dawson
Terry started his career as an apprentice electrician in 2000, moving into the BEMS industry as a BMS engineer in 2015. He re-joined AIS BMS in July 2023 as Regional Manager in the West after previously working as an engineer for the company. Terry thrives on working closely with customers and takes a very practical approach with working alongside his team on site.
Chris Flint
Chris joined AIS BMS in 2024 as our Regional Manager for the East Midlands. He has an exceptional background with over 40 years experience in electrical and mechanical disciplines, and has over 15 years experience in Controls. Chris is well known in the industry for his diligent and passionate customer focus.
Scott Huntley
Scott joined AIS BMS in 2012 and has been in the BMS industry for over 25 years. Scott brings a wealth of experience from his commissioning and service background and manages our team of engineers across London and the South East. Scott leads by example and helps our team deliver first class service for our clients.
Richard Melbourne
Rich has been with AIS since 2022 and has a strong background in the BMS industry spanning some 18 years. He has experience in many BMS products and believes there is a solution to every problem. With customer focus a priority, Rich ensures his team will strive to deliver class leading PPM services and resolve any customer issues quickly and efficiently.
