AIS BMS are excited to announce that they have been selected as finalist in the Best Service & Maintenance Provider for the BCIA Awards 2017.
The BCIA Awards is the biggest and best awards in the controls and BEMS industry. They recognise innovation, product development, project delivery and great training in the sector.
The Best Service & Maintenance Provider is awarded to the company which best demonstrates outstanding levels of customer care in the provision of long-term service and maintenance contracts for Building Energy Management Systems and building controls.
The submission was based on the routine PPM services to BMS installations on eight buildings which are in London. Focusing on the specific needs of the client, we established core requirements for the final two years of a fixed five year contract. The results meant creating and refining wholly new energy reduction and building performance solutions and devising new site based tools and building analytics software which exceeded the client’s requirements.
The gala dinner will be taking place on Thursday 11th May at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole where we will find out if we are successful.
