AIS BMS recently renewed a maintenance contract with CBRE for the maintenance of the building management system at The Place, a landmark office development at London Bridge.
AIS BMS have been working on this site since the installation and handover and are now in our third year of maintenance at this prestigious development.
AIS BMS provides year round planned preventative maintenance ensuring the critical building services remain operational so as to not interrupt the clients’ key business activities.
We are also contracted to provide 24/7 emergency call out giving the client peace of mind knowing that any breakdown will be resolved rapidly, minimising any downtime in the building services.
We have established strong relationships with the building management team of CBRE and the end client News UK.
The AIS BMS engineers have shared our operational problems and taken ownership of the building to endeavor to maintain the standards of such a prestigious building.’
