AIS BMS are excited to announce that they have been selected as finalist in the Best Service & Maintenance Provider category for the BCIA Awards 2018.
Our submission was based on AIS BMS providing maintenance, reactive works and projects solutions to a portfolio of buildings for our client, CBRE GWS. Our collaborate and open approach has provided the client greater visibility and information on their building energy management system and our project solutions have delivered an energy saving of over £70,000 per annum through being the only team able to solve a long-standing complex technical issue.
The Best Service & Maintenance Provider is awarded to the company which best demonstrates outstanding levels of customer care in the provision of long-term service and maintenance contracts for Building Energy Management Systems and building controls.
The BCIA Awards is the biggest and best awards in the controls and BEMS industry. They recognise innovation, product development, project delivery and great training in the sector.
The gala dinner will be taking place on Thursday 10th May at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole where we will find out if we are successful.
